A Great Birthday!

I had a great birthday! It was a fun day at work with a little party for me. When I got home I had a really cute card from Tommy and a really nice one from my dear husband. Cindy and Natalie stopped by with a Dairy Queen cake which was delicious and a very nice surprise! On Friday night my parents surprised us with Chipotle for dinner, one of our favorites that we don't get too often since the closest one is in St. Cloud. It was a nice treat followed by more DQ cake (we had quite a bit leftover)! I got a lovely new handbag and some new shirts from my parents and a new bottle of perfume from Mike and Tommy, what a lucky girl I am! I worked on Saturday, but that night Mike made some wonderful steaks on our little charcoal grill! It was a great birthday week for me! On Sunday we stopped by my parents house and Tommy showed off his climbing skills by climbing (with me right behind him) my parents huge flight of stairs! He was so fast. He loves climbing on anything and everything he can get to right now. In all it was a great weekend, except for the snow last night. Boo, I actually had to wear my boots this morning since nothing was shoveled at work yet.

A special thank you to everyone who called me, sent me a card or put a happy birthday on their blog (Mo & Zac :)! It really meant a lot to me to be remembered by so many people, especially since you all know how important my birthday is to me! This has been a little bit of a tough year and it is nice to have some happy wishes sent my way, so many thanks are sent back to you!
