Happy New Years!

Happy New Years! We wish everyone well in 2008!

Mike got a beer making kit from my parents for Christmas this year. It was a lot of fun to mix all the ingredients this past weekend. Here is the contraption, he fitted it with a heating pad to keep it warm so the yeast will ferment.

The next photos are from New Years Eve. My parents made a prime rib and invited us over there for dinner. It was delicious! It was very nice of them to offer since we didn't have a babysitter and didn't really want to go out anyways!

We all woke up early on New Years Day (like we had a choice in the matter :) and enjoyed the day together!
