A weekend of celebrations

We had a very nice weekend. On Friday I made dinner for my parents to celebrate my Dad's birthday since he was working out of town last week and we couldn't celebrate before then. I had the day off and ran some errands and hung out with Tommy during the day. He is getting to be very busy, but he is so much fun! My Mom brought over a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and whip cream too. Tommy sure loved that!!!

After I got off from work on Saturday I called my friend Amy to talk about a wedding we are going to next weekend and we ended up going over to her house for dinner. She has a three year old daughter named Ella and a 9 month old son named Easton. Her husband is out of town hunting so the three of us went over there to hang out. Tommy really enjoyed playing with Easton and Ella and it was fun to watch all of them interact with each other.



Today, in the tradition of our family we celebrated Dad's birthday one more time with a prime rib. It was a fun day and delicious food. Tommy had a great time with all the toys he doesn't get to see all of the time and some new ones that we brought out from when my sister and I were little kids.
