So I Lied

I wasn't going to post until after we got back, but I decided to take some photos this morning. He is wearing a onesie from Aunt Cindy and Uncle Bill. Bill is an accountant which explains the message!

Now we really are off to Maine!!!! Looking forward to spending time together, lobster and the wedding of our great friend Megan to Ryan!

Off to Maine

I knew I would get in trouble posting without a new photo, so here is Tommy watching us pack. He is very interested in everything now, always watching Mike and me. He is very strong too, he loves standing and holds his head up all of the time. We are leaving for Maine early Friday morning and so we will be staying overnight in the Twin Cities tomorrow. I won't be posting until we get back on Sept. 11th. I should have lots of photos to share of Tommy's first vacation!

We went to Rhinelander, WI last weekend to visit Mike's family, but I don't have the photos back yet, but they will be posted soon!

Tommy was very smily this morning, but as you can see I need to get better at positioning the camera to capture the best shots!

Here are my photos of the hail from Mondays storm. Luckily it just looked like it snowed here, there were a lot of buildings damaged by 70 mile an hour winds and downed trees. The photos aren't the best since I opened a door to take some and a ton of rain blew in at me. After that I took them through the window.

And now here are some photos of Tommy because I am sure I would get in trouble for posting without photos of him.

Tummy Time

He is getting so strong!

Here Mike and I are letting him try sucking his thumb so we don't have to put the nuk (pacifier) back in all the time!

1 Month Old!!!

I can't believe Tommy is already 1 month old! I got some photos today, but it was a little more difficult without someone helping. Hopefully I can get some more after Mike gets home!

***See below for a post from earlier today***

Baptism

First I am starting with some photos Mike took yesterday after all the commotion died down and we were relaxing on the couch. Mike loves to wear orange and is thrilled that "Tommy looks good in orange too."

Here are some photos of Tommy in his Baptism outfit that my Mom made for him. He is smiling a little now, though you have to work hard to get one sometimes.

Tommy was Baptised Saturday night at St. Thomas of the Pines Church in East Gull Lake. It was a very nice ceremony and he was very well behaved. He only fussed a little bit when they poured the water over his head. Thank you to his Godparents; Amy, Bill and Cindy, his Grandma Jo, Grandpa Steve, Grandma Sandy, Great Grandma Rosie, Paige and Shelly for being there on this special day!

After the Baptism Paige got to ride back to our house with Uncle Bill in the corvette!

My Mom made him a cake to celebrate, what a talented lady she is!!!

Paige sure likes to help take care of her new cousin!

Mike got an AquaVu with four cameras as an early birthday present from my parents.

He is thrilled and has been testing it out quite a bit ever since!

Tommy gets dressed up quite a bit. Poor kid!
